Along with his partner, Caroline, he grows, harvests, and distributes various forms of exotic mushrooms both direct-to-consumer at farmer's markets as well as wholesale to restaurants throughout the New Orleans area. Také Box's mission is to facilitate interest in the health benefits and culinary role of mushrooms, while providing a locally sourced product to Louisiana consumers.
